- Food products that have never been opened are eligible for a refund.

- Refund Amount:
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- The remaining 80% of the product's original price will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.
- How to Return:
- Customers are responsible for returning the product in its original packaging (if possible).
- Please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return and refund process.
- Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Exceptions:
- Products that are significantly damaged or tampered with beyond reasonable inspection will not be eligible for a refund.
